FORMULA:
Kera Hold, It's a Blonde Thing, and Metamorfix. Added Olaplex.
ZONE 1: 30 grams 8.4, 10grams .04 intensifier, and 40 grams 30volume
(Arvizu balayages client about every other color service with "Its a blonde thing Lightner, 20 volume, and Olaplex. To give dimension)
ZONE 2 & some of 3: .04 Metamorfix
Hair Style Details:
STEP 1: After color processes, wash and condition with Alterna Caviar Mouisture Shampoo and Conditioner. Take most of the moisture out with a towel.
STEP 2: Spray Untangled by Kevin Murphy to comb through and use as a base. Use a few pumps of Suavecita Aragan Oil to seal the cuticle.
STEP 3: Use Body Builder by Kevin Murphy on the roots and mid shaft for volume.
STEP 4: Power dry hair 50% dry. Then, round brush a v-section to get bangs, sides, and back section dry first for a smooth finish. Then blowdry each section, getting the base dry first and then working the brush to mid and ends.
STEP 5: Pin and set each section in a brick-lay pattern to avoid any demarcation lines. Let hair cool (Arvizu did so while she applied makeup).
STEP 6: Once cooled, remove pins and lightly finger comb to avoid separation of curls. Back comb the crown area and lightly spray with Session Spray by Kevin Murphy.
STEP 7: Gather hair, using the highest point of the brow guide, and smooth just the top and side actions (not disturbing the back combed cushion) and pin. Take 1-inch sections from the temples and crisscross to pin.
STEP 8: Finish with Session spray by Kevin Murphy for hold.
