Emma Stone appeared at the New York City premiere of her latest film, The Croods, in a black Lanvin gown topped off by a wavy up do designed by celebrity stylist Mara Roszak for Moroccanoil.

“Emma’s look was fresh and fun, from the bow on her dress to her layered jewelry. I decided to create a textured up do that wasn’t overly serious and had a loose, comfortable feeling,” says Roszak.

GET THE LOOK:

Apply Moroccanoil Curl Control Mousse to damp hair and rough dry to lock in moisture and create a smooth, soft definition to any waves.

Roszak used a one-inch curling iron to touch up Stone’s natural texture, rotating the barrel in the direction of the wave.

Roszak braided on side, pulling hair back and pinning in place. On the opposite side, she twisted the hair back, pinned and continued twisting and pinning sections until all the hair was secured on top. Free falling strands were allowed to frame the face.

Lightly finger-style for a slightly piece-y texture and separation with Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray Strong.
