Natural level 6
Formula 1: 2.1 oz INOA 6.34/6CG with 2.1 oz 10-volume INOA Rich Developer + Smartbond Step 1
Formula 2: 1 oz Blond Studio Instant Highlights Crème Lightener with 2 oz 20-volume Majicrème Developer + Smartbond Step 1
Formula 3: 1.7 oz DIA Light Clear with 2.5 oz 6-volume DIActivateur developer + Smartbond Step 1
Apply Formula 1 in a global application retouch on the new growth. Process 35 minutes.
While Formula 1 processes, divide hair into quadrants. In each section, create one or two diagonal-back, sliced highlights using Formula 2. Create up to 15 foiled highlights total. Do not fold foils. Place one foil underneath each highlight, and another on top. Secure by folding the top corners.
When foiling is complete, return to the first foil. Pass the Instant Highlights Heating Iron over each isolated foil repeatedly, using a smooth, continuous up-and-down motion for up to 30 seconds. Stay at least one inch away from the scalp. Repeat on all foiled sections.
Once each foil has been heated, remove foils and rinse thoroughly. Gloss hair with Formula 3 and process 10 minutes. Rinse, apply four to eight pumps of Smartbond Step 2 and process 10 minutes. Wet hair, emulsify, rinse and shampoo.
