Give your client's hair some depth this summer with this dimensional balayage how-to by L'Oreal Professionnel.
FORMULAS:
Formula 1: L’Oréal Professionnel Blond Studio Sunkissed Lightening Oil with 30-vol Blond Studio Nutri-developer and Smartbond Step 1
Formula 2: L’Oréal Professionnel Blond Studio Sunkissed Lightening Oil with 20-vol Majicreme developer and Smartbond Step 1
Formula 3:DIA Light 9.02 with 6-vol DIActivatuer developer and Smartbond Step 1
SECTIONING:
Establish a profile parting from the center of the front hairline to nape of the neck
APPLICATION:
Begin on the left side, create a diagonal back subsections, starting 1 inch above the nape of the neck to the outside of the eyebrow.
Using a single point balayage technique, apply Formula 1, alternating the placement in a brick lay pattern throughout the section.
Repeat on the right side, process to desired level.
Rinse hair thoroughly, do not shampoo and towel dry.
Apply Formula 2 as a global application, beginning at the regrowth area, followed by the mid-lengths and ends.
Process for 10 minutes.
Rinse hair thoroughly, do not shampoo and towel dry.
Gloss with Formula 3 for 10 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly and apply 4-8 Pumps of Smartbond Step 2 throughout the hair, process for 10 minutes.
REMOVAL AND RINSING:
Wet, emulsify, rinse and shampoo once with L’Oréal Professionnel A•OX Vitamino Color shampoo.
Condition and preserve color radiance with a Serie Expert Powermix Color A•OX in-salon treatment.
