The guest started as a natural level 6 with 30-40% gray hair. Her canvas level was a level 8. "She wanted to stay around a level 8 covering her grays, while adding in some warm tones and fun dimensions," says Di Giacomo. "The foiling technique I used was custom made. I foiled specific curls and colored them from retouch to ends, alternating between the 7RV shinesXG and 8C shinesXG. I knew given her extra curly formation this technique and color match up would result in a very dimensional, blended and upbeat look."
