"This client came in with previously subtle highlights feeling very dull and wanted a complete makeover."
Brogan first cut off about 6 inches and then got busy with color. Here she shares the how-to:
Step 1: Balayage using Redken Flash Lift with 40 volume from base to ends.
Step 2: Place babylights using the same lightener with 20 volume around the hair line.
Step 3: Process for 15 minutes then rinse and blow dry.
Step 4: Gloss with Shades EQ equal parts 9v 9nb and ends 9v.
"We were both so thrilled with the results and that we could get her this blonde in one visit while keeping the integrity of her hair.
