STMNT Grooming Expands into Shave Care
STMNT Grooming Goods is expanding into the shave care category with three new additions to its lineup.
Moroccanoil Artistic Director Kevin Hughes showcases the versatility and workability of the brand’s products.

The model has a shorter shag with naturally curly hair. Hughes wanted to change her look a bit by using tape-in extensions to extend her length and add highlights. After cutting the extensions to the desired length, he uses a flat iron to create waves. He places the iron close to the base so he was able to turn it 180 degrees and slide it down an inch or two. Then Hughes turns the iron 360 degrees in the opposite direction, slides it down one or two inches and repeats throughout the entire hair strand. To finish he rakes through the waves and applies Moroccanoil Mending Infusion.
MoroccanoilArtistic Director Kevin Hughes knows that every head of hair is different, which is why his latest photoshoot for Moroccanoil is all about showcasing the versatility and workability of the brand’s products.
The idea came to Hughes backstage at New York Fashion Week, where he often had more than 20 models who were supposed to have the same look despite their varying hair types.
“This story is about taking any women and creating a desired end result look, no matter the hair type,” Hughes says. “I want to show the versatility/workability of our Moroccanoil products for customers to know they don’t have to just work with what they have.”
