Moroccanoil expanded its Color Calypso portfolio of demi-permanent haircolor products with three new Ash Gold shades. The formulas allow for a multitude of tonal directions and techniques, and the collection nourishes and protects the hair.
The new multi-dimensional Ash Gold shades provide a balance of cool and warm to complement every skin tone and hair type. Moroccanoil expanded its Color Calypso portfolio to 47 shades.

To coincide with the launch, the brand announced its partnership with Moroccanoil Global Celebrity Colorist Matt Rez, who will use Moroccanoil color on his clients while also lending his expertise for trend forecasting and content creation. Over the last decade, Matt Rez has been a colorist for celebrities such as Adele, Angelina Jolie, Hailey Bieber, and Kendall Jenner. His work has been featured in magazines including Vogue, Allure, Vanity Fair, and ELLE, as well as television, film, and red carpet events.

Additionally, the brand will bring on a new Moroccanoil Ambassador, the award-winning stylist Rachel Williams, who specializes in blonding — from all-over platinum to softer lived-in looks — and razor cutting for shags, bangs, and looks with movement and dimension. The brand will continue to work with Color Ambassadors, Greg Gilmore and Jessica Scott Santo.
