Farouk Systems, Inc. is giving salon owners and stylists the opportunity to heighten and enhance the retail experience in their salons with the release of The Toolbar by CHI.
Recognizing that the traditional model of selling doesn’t work for everyone, Farouk Systems developed this interactive toolbar to help break down the barriers between customers and products.

The toolbar is designed to increase customer engagement and access to merchandise by allowing customers to test out an assortment of CHI blow dryers, flat irons, curling irons and brushes. By creating a more fun, interactive environment, salons have the chance to create a unique experience for their clients while offering an upgraded level of service.
“In order for salons to become the preferred retailer for beauty products, the retail experience needs to evolve as the consumer embraces new ways of shopping. Salons have an advantage when retailing- consumers trust their stylists and rely on them for expert advice,” says CEO of Farouk Systems, Inc., Basim Shami.
The selection of tools is pre-set to include a combination of Farouk's bestselling tools and the new DURA CHI professional tool line. The toolbar comes pre-assembled and can be delivered by your Farouk Systems DSC, UPS or private-delivery service. For more information, visit www.farouk.com.
