MODERN SALON: What sets your line apart from others?
Kim Vo: My line is from a master colorist's point of view. The unique French technology blended with Vietnamese botanicals is perfect for both color-treated and non-color treated hair.
MS: Why did you feel the need to launch a line when there are already so many products on the market?
KV: To say that is to assume there are too many salons in the world and no room for a new generation. Our technology and philosophy are advanced and the need of the consumer has changed. We must keep up to speed with change.
MS: How do you think stylists should market your products to clients?
KV: Color protection-where talent meets technology.
MS: How can stylists boost their color tickets?
KV: Highlights, highlights, highlights!
MS: What do you see for the future of your line (additions, formula changes, etc.)?
KV: As we discover new advances in raw ingredients and ways to capture the essence of beauty in a bottle, we will forge ahead into the future.
