With awards season in full swing and Valentine’s Day around the corner, we can’t help but take notice of all of the celebrity love being represented on the red carpet—and all of the fabulously compatible hair styles these pairs are rocking! Take a look at a few couples catching our eye with their equally impressive styles.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt

Brad recently confirmed on “CBS This Morning” that his partner of six years was “still a bad girl.” We believe it! Angelina has rocked everything from a pixie cut in the ’90s to Morticia Addams-esque goth, but we’re glad to see her sticking with her naturally deep chocolate, lengthy locks lately—and Brad. The “Moneyball” star kept his coif on the shorter side, as well as a slicked back shag, for much of their relationship, until this past fall when he and began to let it grow out nearly to his shoulders for his role in zombie flick “World Wide Z.”
Together since: 2005
Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez

Halle sported a head-turning pixie cut when she was first introduced to Hollywood in the ’90s and throughout much of her career, but after experimenting with longer lengths this decade she finally brought it back in 2009, showing she can rock a short cut after 40 just as hard as she did in her earlier years. Olivier is probably best known as the smoking hot love interest in “Unfaithful,” but we love how he has embraced his salt and pepper, shorter look these days.
Together since: 2010
Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder
After keeping their relationship off-screen under wraps for more than a year, the “Vampire Diaries” co-stars finally professed their love for one another last year and began accompanying each other on the red carpet, which means more amazing photo ops for us to linger over! Nina tends to favor old Hollywood glam looks, with fantastic waves and shine, like her stunning appearance at the 2011 Emmy Awards with Ian, who is still making that swoon-worthy shag work both on- and off-screen.

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber
Who doesn’t adore seeing young love bud before their eyes? These two teen stars are a match made in Hollywood heaven, and even their respective coifs have been influenced by each other’s different styles. Bieber first switched up his signature swoosh early last year, around the same time confirmation about the couple starting trickling in, and has been experimenting with shorter styles and slicked back looks since. Selena now sports a shoulder-length, angled bob, a slight turn of events from her usual textured length. Looks like these two are a great (hair) influences on each other!
Together since: 2011

Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis
Staying together for 14 years in Hollywood seems unheard of, but the long-time heartthrob and his French model wife has managed to pull it off. Vanessa likes to keep a low profile, but her natural texture and eye-catching color choices always seem to make waves during her appearances with her husband. Johnny is usually seen with an assortment of hats and headwear, but he has kept the same shaggy, parted-down-the-middle cut and bad boy facial hair for much of the past decade—with the exception of a cleaner, more old school short cut for his roles in “The Rum Diary” and “The Tourist” in 2011.
Together since: 1998
Katy Perry and Russell Brand (RIP)

Despite their obvious shared loves for their own eye-catching manes, these two just couldn’t last. Katy entered the music scene with a relatively tame jet black mane and how slowly migrated back to her natural blonde—with some experimental bouts with cotton candy pink and electric blue in between. But Russell has always stuck with his seemingly soft and lengthy texture. Perhaps things got hairy in the relationship with all of Katy’s color palette changes?
Together since: 2009 (split in December 2011)
