Beauty legend you respect: Estee Lauder. I admire her for her vision. She proved that anything is possible for a women if you truly believe in what you are doing. She knew that she had something amazing to offer to the world and her character shows through that. In the 1940's a women could talk NYC department stores into carrying her brand as well as the rich and famous to use her products. What I love most about Estee Lauder is her uncompromising belief in the beauty of all women.
