During the crisis created by COVID-19, with so many salons shut down and stylists not able to work on clients, what CAN they be working on? ​ We asked this question of Joanne Magana, who has been coaching and consulting for ten years and in that time, she has seen many stories of success, even during struggle.  Magana is the mother of a healthcare worker so she understands the stress of this moment...but she has some advice for how to find the opportunity in all this chaos and uncertainty.
