How social media changed my life: It has a huge impact on marketing. It’s particularly important for small business and those of us who are self-employed. Posting my work on social media and having clients view and share my work played a major role in my success story. Whereas before my clients were mostly spread through word-of-mouth business, now I get asked to fly across the country to do someone’s hair.
The first time I was featured on MODERN SALON: My initial reaction was huge excitement. I am very passionate about my work. I try to create a unique and detail-oriented style for each of my clients. To have that work recognized by a magazine of such great caliber was major for me. I have no doubt that it only furthered my desire to create newer and greater styles, and I am certain that the features played a major role in my business success.
