In the spirit of one of the most popular annual sporting events in the United States, NCAA’s March Madness, OPI is excited to announce their first ever bracket style competitive nail art tournament, #OPIManiMadness. Starting March 12, 2019 16 top nail artists throughout North America will go head to head on @OPI and @OPI_Professional Instagram accounts to create the best competition-worthy nail looks in four, single-elimination rounds. One winner will take the title as the 2019 #OPIManiMadness All-Star Nail Champion.

OPI fans are encouraged to create their very own custom #OPIManiMadness brackets before tipoff on February 25 – March 11, 2019 at Participants can submit a bracket with their picks for which nail artist they think has the best skills and techniques to win each round. The most accurate bracket predictions will win a grand prize chosen on April 2, 2019, comprised of two tickets to an NBA basketball game and $100 in salon nail services.

Each week, OPI fans will have the opportunity to cast their vote for the best nail art looks through special polling on @OPI and @OPI_Professional Instagram Stories to determine the winner that advances to the next round. NYFW: Smith & Cult For A Détacher F/W 2017

Maggie Mulhern | February 14, 2017

Lead Nail Artist Jessica Tong used Smith & Cult to create the nail look for the A Détacher F/W 2017 collection. “The A Détacher woman is the downtown New York woman. She’s street smart, aggressive and fashionable. I designed this look with the founder to reflect those characteristics in a modern, experimental way,” says Tong of the nail look. Nailed Lacquer in Dark Like Me and Lovers Creep were used to create the daring look.
