Do you think you could be Milady'sRising Star? Here is your chance. Milady, part of Cengage Learning, and a leading provider of beauty and wellness learning solutions, is calling for all licensed cosmetologists to enter Milady’s Rising Star Contest via the Milady Education Network. The contest seeks to find and feature new talent for an upcoming video series to be produced and distributed by the Milady team.
The winner of Milady’s Rising Star Contest will receive an all-expenses paid trip to the two-day video shoot where the winner will film their very own technical, step-by-step video, a $1,500 cash prize and a ticket to the 2014 North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA), including airfare and hotel accommodations for one night.
To enter, all licensed cosmetologists must visit risingstar.miladyednet.com and follow the entry instructions, which include registering for the Milady Education Network and then uploading a five minute or less video to YouTube (details available on website). If a stylist is already registered for the Milady Education Network then they just need to follow the remaining steps involved for creating and uploading the video.
