Held in conjunction with PBA Week (July 21-23, 2012) at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Beacon provides the nation's top future professionals with the guidance to achieve maximum career success. It is an opportunity for students to network and learn from some of the most iconic salon owners and celebrities in the industry today.
To enter and compete, all you need is your resume, a letter of recommendation, three portfolio images and a creative marketing piece. Each year, there are hundreds of entries and only 200 are invited to meet the most successful salon owners, celebrity stylists and famous industry visionaries. Winners and honorable mentions are notified on April 20, 2012.
