This program only accepts the most talented, business-savvy future professionals to take part in specialized educational sessions that give students training in resume writing, interviewing, leadership and entrepreneurial strategies. Beacon participants are also able to network and make valuable connections with some of the industry's top stylists, successful salon owners and leading executives.
