"Dr. Murad's Inclusive Health philosophy and program has empowered so many people to not just look better, but also to live better," said BCL President Lynelle Lynch. "The BCL selection panel was inspired by Dr. Murad's efforts to integrate beauty and wellness into his life and work, and his commitment to lifelong learning."

Dr. Murad is the first wellness professional to receive the honor and the first to represent the esthetics and wellness sectors. He started the Murad Family Foundation, which provides grants to young people in order for them to lead healthier and happier lives.

Murad has launched a special-edition Renewing Eye Cream, and proceeds from the sales of the product will benefit BCL.

The BCL celebration in honor of Dr. Murad will take place during America's Beauty Show in Chicago on Sat., March 12, 2016. Stay tuned for details.
