Christopher Dove is one of the most fashion savvy salon professionals in our industry. At a recent photo session in NYC, Dove shared his thoughts about how he finds inspiration from fashion and how he uses wardrobe to direct his silhouettes.
For this session, Fashion Stylist Rod Novoa came with samples from designer Leonid Gurevich which served as a launching point for Dove. By the end of the day photographer Roberto Ligresti shot six different looks, with the hair complementing the fashion and vice versa. The collection, all inspired by The Hunger Games, is scheduled for publication in December. It is totally worth the wait.
