In support of Global Wellness Day on June 10, 2017, CIDESCO Section U.S.A. joined the international community in encouraging beauty professionals to share their “wellness thought of the day.” Paul Dykstra, CEO, Cosmetologists Chicago/CIDESCO Section USA, urged American beauty pros to tag their wellness vision #GWDwithCIDESCO, #GlobalWellnessDay and #CIDESCOUSA. By coordinating these efforts, Dykstra said, “we will promote the concept of investing in wellness together.”
Throughout the year, you can make wellness a priority with this 7-point guide that Cosmetologists Chicago shares:
Walk for an hour
Drink more water.
Don’t use plastic bottles.
Eat healthy food.
Do a good deed.
Have a family dinner with your loved ones.
Go to bed by 10pm.
