Color specialist Cindy Chida has been a hairstylist for 30 years and went solo in 2015, opting for a Salons by JC suite in San Jose, California. At her Hair by Cindy Chida, the Matrix Artistic Educator also offers hair extension services (Dreamcatchers, Hotheads), so her clients can get all the looks they want.
“I love color, concentrated my education in this area and trained my eye to see color, so I can match client’s desired shades and do color corrections," says Chida. "I love doing hair extensions and researched the most affordable ones with a quality/price value, so that more of my clients can have them.”
When asked who she’d most like to makeover, Chida doesn’t name the expected celebrity. Instead, she says, “I would love to help a woman who has been in an abusive relationship. Domestic violence attacks a woman's self worth and confidence, and I’d love the opportunity to give these women a makeover and help restore their confidence.”
