The Whisper Collection features wearable cuts created by Scruples International Creative Consultant, Charlie Price, magnifieded with soft, sexy texture to perfectly enhance the layered color placement— from calico gold, which lightens the natural texture of a shaggy bob, to a burnished auburn overlaid with warm reds and browns flowing through shoulder-length layers, to a mesmerizing mirrored ombre with a loose braided set.
