Walker (@walkerbespokesalon), an artist at Bespoke Salon in Scottsdale, Arizona, was challenged with a client who wanted to soften her ombre. Step 1: Begin with a global application parting the hair into four quadrants. Pull the product from scalp through the line of demarcation, blending to the regrowth. Color used: L'Oreal Professionnel Demi-permanent hair coloring system, half tube of Dialight 7 Natural mixed with 9 volume Dia Activateur.

Step 2: Once global application was complete, add equal parts 8N and 8.3 (8g) with 9 volume Dia activateur  to the previous mixture . Start at the base and work up the head. Apply in a reverse Balayage technique, feathering in a shadow low light effect leaving more of the ends out as you approach the front hairline.

Step 3: Process for 20 minutes.

Step 4: RInse and shampoo and then glaze the ends at the bowl with a a quarter tube of 10.13 and clear in Dialight with 9 volume.

Step 5: Process for 10 minutes to brighten up her ends and add shine.
