Hedil Ameri (@heidiplum) of @reidunsharsalong in Sweden, wowed us with this transformation and we asked for more info.
Here Ameri shares:
"This Client came in for a color correction," says Ameri. "I started out by bleaching the darkest spots and then I went on to bleach the rest of the hair to get an even color." Ameri used Montibello bleach blended with Olaplex and allowed it to process for 45 minutes.
"I then toned with 10.1 (ash on 10 base) and just a centimeter of 1.0 (black) with 22 volume developer. My goal was to get as much ash as I could."
Ameri shampooed the hair with Kevin.Murphy Blonde.Angel Wash & Blonde.Angel Treatment.
The trick to getting the best ash, according to Ameri, is that dot of black added to the toner. "That is what makes the difference."
