Teri Dougherty, an industry veteran with beaucoup color credentials, demonstrates a great, easy-to-follow technique on her pre-lightened model. (She used AloxxiWhite Lightener and 20 volume to pre-lighten.)

At the shampoo basin, she does a flash pre-tone using Aloxxi Tones10v placing it at the base, and then working through length and ends to get a nice, even palette.
