Now in its 8th season--and soon to launch Season 9--the nail industry's most prestigious competition develops contestants as they go move through the weekly challenges. The winner was announced during CND's NAILATHON broadcast, October 4.

NAILS Next Top Nail Artist (NTNA), sponsored by CND, concluded its eighth season on October 4, when the winner of the challenge was announced during CND's NAILATHON by CND co-founder, style director, and head NTNA judge Jan Arnold.
Emily Nash @nailsbyem of Elkhart, Indiana, was named the winner by a judging panel that consisted of Arnold, along with Judge and Producer Beth Livesay, Season 7 Winner Giselle Caballero, and Judge and Game Master Winnie Huang.
"I have been a nail artist for seven years now," Nash had said at the outset of the competition. "Art has been a passion of mine since I could hold a pencil, so being able to create a wonderful career out of it has been the biggest blessing ever. I specialize in all hand painted nail art, especially characters and small details. I love that I get to do my dream job every day!"
The NTNA Season 8 results and rankings of the Top 3 Finalists are:
Winner: Emily Nash
First Runner Up: Stephanie Loesch @_Stephsnails_
Second Runner Up: Jessica Warzyniak @oohnicenails
Judging was based on video submissions, written descriptions, and final photos from the Top 3 contenders.
Nash will receive a gorgeous crystal trophy from Preziosa, a cash prize and the opportunity to collaborate with CND.
