SEARCHMODERN invited Redken Artist and International Colorist Leah Freeman into our studios to demonstrate the beauty of the freshly launched Redken Shades EQ Cream.
“For Danielle my goal is to achieve a natural regrowth look,” says Freeman. “I want depth at the scalp but without a dramatic, huge regrowth look.” To best achieve this, Freeman used a bottle baliage technique, applying a darker shade to the two inches closest to the scalp, and a slightly lighter shade to the balance of the section. “I just want to bring it down a notch,” she continues. “It’s very simple but can make a big difference.”
