Backstage at Alexandre Herchcovich is just as much fun as front of house--and that's because lead hair Antonio Corral Calero is an artist who loves to create a warm atmosphere even in the most stressful situations (like Fashion Week!).
For Herchcovich, Calero created beautiful, sexy, flowing styles that were textured to look as if the models had woken up Sunday morning with their Saturday night hair. To create the effect, Calero used Moroccanoil Treatment, new Moroccanoil Volumizing Mousse, Moroccanoil Root Boost (available in February 2013), Luminous Hairspray Strong and Glimmer Shine Spray.
"Alexandre was very inspired by Boy George's Culture Club--very '80s," Calero says. "We wanted to come up with a look that was '80s, but more simple. So we designed a straighter look with a broken wave midstrand. It's all about soft, natural hair--but also quite sohpisticated. As the girls will be wearing hats and bandanas as accessories, we wanted the hair to also be an accessory."
