Ric Pipino (for Conair) went out of his way to create beautiful money making hair for the models hitting the runway for the Front Row F/W 2013 Collection presented at the  Style 360 shows during NYFW. With just minutes before show time, Ric was putting the finishing touches on a model and offered to break down the look for Modern. "The designer wanted soft, sexy hair for her clothing," he says. "I thought it was perfect.  The hair was set with a large barrel curling iron. We mixed up the sizes of irons for a more natural, irregular curl. The hair was then set in invisible rollers and cooled. After, we smoothed out the curl." Ric really wanted "hair that moves, it's really quite modern."

Make up artist James Vincent went the opposite direction with his intense design for a rock and roll finish. "We're bringing in some of the big trends of the season," he says. "It's all about graphic eye liner and depth of color on the lip. Bringing in the black liner is an easy way to bring in the drama. It's all balanced with a color saturated lip. Liner is so on trend for this season. It's a red carpet ready finish."

"Her Nails Rock" sparkled at the show and added the icing on the cake. Two nail looks were featured:  A high metallic gold Chrome in a modern oval and a subdued gold in a square shape with rounded edge finish were the featured looks.
