What a score! The Canada-based artist was thrilled. "He’s naturally about a level 4, and had put a box bleach on his hair for two hours (So he said). When I offered him some help, he was super ecstatic and gave me complete creative freedom with his color and cut!"
Cole started out with about a centimeter of regrowth, and a level 7 orange/yellow on his ends. "His ends were pretty dry from leaving the bleach on for so long, so I knew Olaplex was a must to restore the luster and shine back to his hair."
Here Zaid shares the HOW TO:
Apply Redken Flash Lift + 30 vol + Olaplex from root to end.
Cover with plastic cap and process for 30 minutes at room temperature. Rinse.
Tone with Redken Shades EQ 09v + 09T and let it go purple. "I always let my platinums over tone a little bit because once its shampooed out and dried it gets that perfect silver hue!"
Apply Olaplex #2 and process for 20 minutes.
