Taylor Roberts (@cut.color.coffee) of Halycon Salon and Spa, Erie, CO, shares the formula for this design that is blowing up on Instagram (it earned more than 10,000 likes in less than 10 hours...and that was OVERNIGHT!). Special shout out to make up artist Ally Triolo (@beautynouveaux) where we found the original post.

Here Roberts gives the formula, using all Aveda color:

Step 1: Lift to a 10+ with bleach.

Step 2: Tone with 80g Universal ØN, 2g LVB, 2g LBB, 80g Liquid CTA.

Step 3: Color melt with the following formulas:

Roots: 40g ØN, 6g 1N, 5vol
Mids/Ends: 40g ØN, 4g 1N, 5vol
Mids/Ends: 40g ØN, 2g 1N, 5vol
Mids/Ends: 20g Pastel V, 5vol
