Natural level 7 with heavy highlights and lowlights.
Formula 1: One part Rusk Deepshine Blue Conditioning Powder Lightener + two parts 20-volume developer
Formula 2: Base break: ½ oz 10.13B (Ultra Light Beige Blonde) + ½ oz 10.11AA (Intense Platinum Ash Blonde) + 1½ oz 10-volume developer
Formula 3: Front section/under fringe: ½ oz 7.3G (Golden Blonde) + ½ oz 8.3G (Light Golden Blonde) + 1½ oz 10-volume developer
1. Use Formula 1 to retouch the previous highlights. Process until you almost reach the desired degree of lightness. Ten minutes before processing is completed, break the base of the remaining hair with Formula 2. Then shampoo, condition and dry until damp.
2. To create the illusion of shadowed dimension, apply Formula 3 to the first two front sections and to the under layers of the fringe, using back-to-back foils. Process 20 minutes, then rinse.
