You guys... YOU GUYS.... yesterday was the COOLEST day ever!! When MODERN first received the invitation to go to the Sherri Hill show at the Trump Tower during New York Fashion Week--I was so thrilled because I'm also a Kardashian fan and sister Kendall has been modeling for Sherri Hill lately--so I was familiar with the line and so excited to see the new launches. You can only imagine my excitement when I continued reading the invite and saw that the show was being HOSTED by Kendall Jenner!

You guys... YOU GUYS.... yesterday was the COOLEST day ever!! When MODERN first received the invitation to go to the Sherri Hill show at the Trump Tower during New York Fashion Week--I was so thrilled because I'm also a Kardashian fan and sister Kendall has been modeling for Sherri Hill lately--so I was familiar with the line and so excited to see the new launches.
You can only imagine my excitement when I continued reading the invite and saw that the show was being HOSTED by Kendall Jenner! AHH!! I was SO SO SO excited!
I got to the Trump Tower super early, and thank God i did because the crowd was already building up. Everyone was trying to get in and were being rejected. But, I WAS ON THE LIST! Hah! That was just the coolest thing ever. Um, excuse me, what? You don't know who I am?! ; )
As I was sitting FRONT ROW, the Kardashian sisters walk right past me (yes, there was a Donald Trump sighting too!) and sit across the runway from me to cheer on their little sister. OMG! Kourtney, Kim and Kim's new sister-in-law--yes! Now, I know some of you don't get the Kardashian mania... and I'm OK with that. I love them! So, this was a very big moment for me : )
The hair was gorgeous--though I didn't get to interview the hairdressers or make-up, this was definitely a total beauty show. The make-up was dramatic, dark eyes and full lips. The hair was twisted into a series of knots in the back. The fashion, well, check out the below video for the finale!
This Fashion Week experience has been absolutely incredible. The hairdressers backstage are seriously brilliant. These models are bouncing up and down the runways, peeling off layers of clothes and yet the hair and make-up stay gorgeous. Bravo to the creative minds that make the real magic happen! I will never ever forget this experience!
