What a wonderful surprise! Right there, smack in the middle of the Redken Symposium 2015 show floor, stood Gino Trunzo, Essie director of education. Trunzo was overseeing, managing and serving as "security" at the Essie lounge, an area devoted to introducing the 10,000 attendees to the latest shades and services offered by Essie. More than 225 salon pros received manicures and/or hand massages, all for the small price of a bottle of nail polish (which was discounted on top of it!)
Invited to deliver these services were some of Trunzo's favorite nail artists, including Naja Rickette of LA Hair and Terrance Terry, a judge on Nail'd It.
MODERN asked Trunzo to take us on a tour of the lounge (the first video).
