Here the artist from The Loft Salon, Cranston, RI, shares how she created this bright blonde while maintaining the integrity of the hair:
Step 1: 1.5oz- Keratin Complex It's a Blonde Thing lightener plus 3oz- 30 volume and 1/3oz Bondplex.
(2 separate batches)
Step 2: Tone with Redken Shades EQ: 2-oz - 09NB, 1.5oz - 09N and 1/4oz- 09V.
Step 3: Process for 10 minutes and then rinse from the hair.
