“I work 10 to 12 hours a day, and the only way I can do that is by eating the right foods, exercising, getting eight hours of sleep a night and pampering myself at the spa. When you aren’t good to yourself, you can begin to feel neglected. Taking care of your-self gives you the energy to approach each day in a positive way.”
