Crushed Velvet Nails by CND
This Crushed Velvet look by CND are perfect to give your client who wants elegance + a 3D feel to their nails.
STEP 1: Apply a thin layer of Shellac Base Coat. Cure for 10 seconds in the CND LED Lamp.
STEP 2: Apply 2 thin layers of Shellac Garnet Glam-our. Cure each layer for one minute.
STEP 3: Apply a thin layer of Xpress Top Coat. Cure for one minute.
STEP 4: Wipe with 99% isopropyl alcohol to remove top fi lm.
STEP 5: Use a detail brush to apply Shellac Black Pool in a raised pattern across one side of nail. Do not cure.
STEP 6: Use a spatula to sprinkle Retention+ Sculpting Powder Clear over the pattern. Allow the powder to absorb into the uncured Black Pool and repeat until there is no longer any shine. Cure for one minute.
STEP 7: Wipe with 99%isopropyl alcohol to remove residue.
