GET THE COLOR

STEP 1: Apply Joico Cream lightener with 20 volume from mid lengths to ends.

STEP 2: Process for approximately 15-20 minutes.

STEP 3: Apply Joico Cream lightener with 30 Volume to root area for 30 minutes ("she had outgrowth and her root color was darker so I needed a higher developer to pull her dark out.")

STEP 4: re adjust her base color with Matrix SoColor 11P & 8A 20 Volume.

STEP 5: Process for 25 minutes.

STEP 6: Have client return in one week. Add lowlights using Joico Chrome B6.

STEP 7: Tone at shampoo bowl with ISO Illuminate 9V & 9SA equal parts to balance out the warmth and add shine to her hair.
