JASON BACKE (@JASONBACKE) and Ted Gibson (@tedgibsonbeauty) had a tremendous opportunity to "play" and transform Harvey. He had been growing his hair since December and wanted to surprise everyone with a new look. Backe and Gibson were invited to "do whatever you want!" Here they offer the HOW TO for this major transformation:
COLOR:
Step 1: Pre lightened with L'Oreal Professionnel Infinie Platine and 40vol, traditional virgin application.
Step 2: Process to palest yellow.
Step 3: Gloss with equal parts Dialight 9.11 (blue blue) and 10.21 (violet blue) with 15vol.
Step 4: "I wanted it a little more pearly so I reglossed," says Backe. For the second gloss, apply Richesse P02 and 15vol.
Step 5: For the cut, Gibson used a clipper and comb to create a modern mohawk.
Step 6: Blow dry and flat iron and then shape with scissors.
Step 7: Finish with Architecture Paste (L'Oreal Professionnel).
