Victoria Casciola, based at Hotbox Salon + Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada, spends a lot of time working with extensions (she is a Hotheads educator and many of her clients work in Las Vegas), but when she gets a chance at a big makeover, she jumps at it.

Krista, the client pictured "loves change," says Casciola. "Her career has taken off and she can go bolder. So bold we did!" Casciola went for an Ariel-inspired red that Krista had been secretly wanting for a long time. "She can finally rock it now.Careers determine how bold you can speak with your hair. When they give you free range, your personality shines, just as my client did with her blazing personality."

HOW TO: Getting The Green Light To Go RED!

Here Casciola shares the HOW TO (all color by Schwarzkopf Professional IGORA Fashion Lights):

Step 1: Apply L-88 blended with 20 volume developer to the root area.

Step 2: Pull the same color through to the ends, but with 10 volume developer.

Step 3: After the full application have client sit with a cap on her hair for 35 minutes at room temperature.

Step 4: Rinse with cool water until the water runs clear.
