Formula 1: Equal parts 4R Heat Beth Minardi Signature Permanent Crème and Beth Minardi Signature 20-volume developer.

Formula 2: Equal parts 6CCR I’m on Fire with 20-volume developer.

Formula 3: 2 oz 6CCR I’m on Fire + 1 oz 7OG Valencia with 3 oz 20-volume developer.

Formula 4: 1 part Joico Crème Lightener with 2 parts 20-volume developer

Formula 5: Equal parts 8RG Autumn Harvest with 20-volume developer

Formula 6: 2 oz 6RCC Light My Fire Beth Minardi Signature demipermanent liquid + 1 oz 4RR Raspberry Crush demipermanent liquid with 3 oz 5-volume developer


1. Apply Formula 1 to the new growth area, then immediately move to the nape. Begin placing back-to-back foils of Formula 2. Work up to the lower occipital area.

2. At the lower occipital, switch to alternating Formulas 3 and 4. Continue foiling up to the top back of the crown.

3. Once you reach the crown, begin alternating Formulas 4 and 5. Continue foiling throughout the top of the head, sides and hairline. Place some color at the ends only and some base to ends, as desired. After the last foil is placed, process 35 minutes, then rinse.

4. Apply Formula 6 and process 20 minutes.
