Kasey O’Hara (@hairbykaseyoh) tagged us on instagram and we decided to check out her page. This powerful color design caught our eye so we tracked her down to get more details. Based at The Hair After in Westminster, Maryland, this color specialist has nailed purple.
Here she offers the HOW TO:
Lift the hair with Keratin Complex bleach and 20 volume.
Rinse, shampoo, no conditioner. Blow dry.
Blend Manic Panic Hot Hot Pink and Ultra Violet and apply from roots to ends.
Process according to Manic Panic instructions.
Blend the Hot Hot Pink in the conditioner when rinsing.
Tell client to NOT shampoo for 3 days.
