Camille Plourde (@hairbycamillegp), an artist at Hair, Fairfield, Ct. has mastered the art of dimensional blonding. For client Sarah, a natural base level 6, Plourde decided to enhance her natural warmth while adding dimension with a color melting technique. Here she offers the HOW TO:
Step 1: Blend: Matrix Color Sync 3oz 10cg with 1oz 10wn and 1/4oz of Copper booster with 10 volume developer.
Step 2: Apply this formula to the root area.
Step 3: Using L'Oreal Platine Precision and 40 volume developer, paint highlights in panels around the face. Apply in a V pattern bringing the ligtener to the ends.
Step 4: Brush the root shade in between the highlights.
Step 5: Process for 25 minutes at room temperature.
