MODERN Instagram follower Nikki Parsons of Spa Bella Salon & Boutique in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, created this beautiful color correction/removal service AND she shared her steps on how she did it.

Her client initially came in with at-home color, grown out highlights and virgin new growth. The "dip dyed" color was placed higher up in front and lower in back.

Step 1: Hair was pre-Treated with Malibu C Color Correction treatment and Redken CAT treatment.

Step 2: Painted regrowth to midshaft with Redken Shades EQ Cream 16 grams 9WB 32 grams 5WB with equal parts 10 vol developer. Foils of Redken Shades EQ Cream 7WN & 10 vol scattered throughout (also only regrowth to mid-shaft to keep the ombré look)

Step 3: While this was processing, the colored ends were painted with equal parts Lamaur bleach/oil, 10 volume developer, and Redken Cleansing Cream.

Step 4: After shampooing, hair was dried and Redken Shades EQ Gloss 9Gb and Clear (Equal parts plus processing solution) was applied all over for 20 minutes.
