Playing the title character in The Lone Ranger, Armie Hammer is headed toward Hollywood’s celebrity A-list, not only with his acting abilities, but his hair! We asked Matrix Artistic Director Nick Stenson to comment on Hammer’s style.

TRY IT: To re-create, begin by towel drying the hair until it’s 80 percent dry. Then, apply a medium to firm hold gel, then finish blow drying. Once the hair is completely dry, apply a molding paste like Matrix Design Pulse Beach Clay for added texture. Finish with a pliable hold hair spray if needed.
