Jessica Pacyga is a self-starter, but even the most motivated stylists soar higher when their salons have their backs.

Opportunities, education and a strong team that has her back are supporting Jessica Pacyga on a career journey more fulfilling than she ever imagined.

Jessica Pacyga is a self-starter, but even the most motivated stylists soar higher when their salons have their backs. Thanks to tons of great education that she’s actually paid to attend, plus many other success tools, this stylist is flying high at the Salon by InStyle in Port Charlotte, FL.
EDUCATION BRINGS SUCCESS
Jessica is a natural—bubbly and talented—and as a result, she’s always busy. That’s why she’s moved up so quickly. In just four years, the 36-year-old has become a Master Stylist at her salon, which comes with the freedom to set her own schedule to accommodate her clients. In large part, she attributes the wide range of education available from the company to her rapid rise, and applauds the fact that stylists are compensated for time spent on education. “Every single class I've taken has helped me in one way or another, whether I’m learning how to work smarter or a trend like balayage or foilayage,” she says. “Taking the classes offered by The Salon by InStyle is important for moving up. And how can you not want to go to class when you’re getting paid?”
FULFILLMENT FOUND
Education is just one of the things that have contributed to a more fulfilling career for Jess at her salon. “I left my old salon because I wasn’t feeling complete,” she relates. “And when I started at my new salon, I figured I’d just keep my head down and do my job. But after just two days, I had a new family!” Jess has also found fulfillment in her professional growth. “You advance when you’re productive,” she explains. “Nobody is going to hand it to you, you have to do the work. But I love what I do so that’s easy for me!”
DREAM TEAM
Team work makes the dream work and for Jess, the team is both local and global. “I can always turn to someone in my salon with a question,” she explains. “But we also have a Facebook network for the entire company where we can post any question and get an answer from Florida or Washington or Puerto Rico. I have a huge, incredible team ready to help any time!”
WHY I BELONG AT THE SALON BY INSTYLE
“The opportunities at this company are amazing,” she says. “The benefits are amazing. I have a 401K! Being able to think about my retirement is a huge deal to me. But most of all it comes down to the team. Quite simply, the people who work here are the best!”
