How it works: 
When power is switched on, the Izunami Fume Iron is designed to suck in vapor or steam through the built-in suction chambers on the top plate cover. The sucked-in fumes are carried through the air hose and pulled through the medical-grade activated carbon granules and two high-efficiency pads, all powered by a 1200w European motor placed under the filter box. Purified air is then pushed back out into the salon through the ventilation system on the back panel of the extraction base, the company says.
