L’Oréal Professionnel colorist and president and CEO of Ted Gibson Beauty, Jason Backe (@jasonbacke) completed an incredible hair transformation that demonstrates how simple adjustments can make dramatic impact. Here he shares the details for this makeover that created quite a buzz on Good Morning America. Backe applied, processed and shampooed this hair in just 25 minutes taking her from a dull blonde to a deep, rich shade of red after pulling inspiration from Pantone Color of the Year Marsala.
STEP 1: Apply L’Oréal Professionnel Dia Richesse Demi-Permanent Haircolor using equal parts 6.40 and 6.3 with 15-volume on new hair growth.
STEP 2: Apply equal parts 6.40 and 7.43 with 15-volume from mids to ends.
STEP 3: Process for 15 minutes and then shampoo and condition.
