Manic Panic’s Lucinda Gonzalez offers a bright new spin on haircolor’s hottest trend of intermixing neon shades with pastels to create multichromatic hair that glows.

FORMULA AND APPLICATION

Formula 1: ½ oz Electric Lizard + ½ oz Enchanted Forest + 3 oz Pastelizer

Formula 2: ½ oz Bad Boy + ½ oz Ultra Violet + 3 oz Pastelizer

Formula 3: 1 oz Electric Banana + 1 drop of Sunshine + 3 oz Pastelizer

Formula 4: ½ oz Electric Amethyst + ⅓ oz Ultra Violet + ⅓ oz Hot HOT pink + 3 oz Pastelizer


Steps: Hair was pre-lightened. Then, starting at the nape, work up the head, take diagonal panels and alternate colors using downward strokes.
